Shadow work is the process of exploring and integrating the unconscious parts of ourselves that we tend to ignore, repress, or deny. It involves facing uncomfortable emotions, behaviors, and beliefs to gain a fuller understanding of the self and promote personal growth. Each report contains a shadow work practice and ritual hand-selected specifically for you based on your energy reading by Melissa.

& Hidden Potential

We all have blind spots, things we cannot see that can block us... yet also can liberate us. A depth psychological perspective focuses on understanding the unconscious mind, exploring the hidden motives, archetypes, and symbolic meanings behind thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Melissa 'intuits' potential avenues to focus on and possible blind spots to keep in mind throughout the year.

Each report includes a mythic pairing chosen specifically for you by Melissa, a fairy tale and a dark goddess whose energies mirror your current cycle of transformation. The symbolism in their stories serves as a psychic mirror. These messengers offer creative ways to work with your shadow and expand and receive magic throughout the year, illuminating where your power has been hidden and how to reclaim it with intention.

Q: How is the report delivered?
A: The reports and recorded readings are delivered via email. 


Q: How long do I have access to the materials?
A: You will be emailed all of the materials to continue to access as you need once you download them to your device.

Q: What type of support do I receive in this program?
A: If you purchase the private phone session, you will receive a one-hour phone session with Melissa in addition to the report and reading recording.

Q: When will I receive my report?
